This partial wedding planning package works well for the “hands-on” couple that have started the planning process and yet unable to do all the research and idea gathering. A couple who would like a Professional Planners experience and networking to guide them along the way.
Upon signing the contract; services are customized to each bridal couples needs,
yet to include the following:
3 (1hr) meeting; to review all contracts and details.
Assist in the planning of your wedding and reception- on going consultation & advice.
Provide advise on etiquette and protocol .
Décor suggestions; including color scheme and style.
Provide vendors list for those still needed, for bride to schedule appointments.
Email, Skype and phone support during business hours (T-Th 9-5pm).
Customized 12 Month planner, with your contracted vendors.
Create a “day of” itinerary to be sent to all vendors.
Create a customized Budget to be sent to couple to track their funds.
1 Pre-wedding and reception site visit.
1 Final meeting; 2 weeks before the wedding to include covering collection and inventory of
wedding items to be set up on the wedding day ( examples: photographs, guest book, programs,
seating cards, table numbers, etc).
1 hour for ceremony rehearsal (coordinate and direct).
1 Coordinator on-site for up to 8 hours on your wedding day.
Point of contact for all vendors and bridal party on your wedding day.
On Wedding day; Coordinate all of the small details including personal items and gifts to
allow you and family to relax and enjoy the celebration.
